Note: This is an "EXPLORATORY" trip. This means that there are parts of this trip, or perhaps the whole trip, that is new to your Trip Leader(s). However, they are confident that this will not be an issue.
This note is here so that you can make an informed decision. When a Trip Leader isn't personally familiar with a trip, there is an increased chance of things not going as planned and you need to be prepared. The Trip Leader may have additional details in the itinerary.
Join me for a morning's bicycling ride on the beautiful Arabia Mountain Pathway. A nice wide pathway shaded most of the way, with lots of hills & a total of almost 1500' of climbing. We also follow the South River for a few miles, with it coming into view several times. We ride out & back to the Monastary near Conyers, this is where we turn around & if anyone wants to go in to the gift shop for a few minutes that would be fine. I've done most of this path, just missing the short 2 mile connector up to the 155 parking lots where we'll meet & end the ride. @ 13-15 mph avg pace.
