We'll meet at the Carter Center (note the location in the NE portion of the parking lot in the coordinates above... look for by black CRV), then ride 16 miles each way (32 total miles) fo Stone Mountain Park at a moderate pace of 12 to 14 mph.   We'll ride through Candler Park, Decatur, Avondale Estates, Clarkston and Stone Mountain village and park.    We'll take a break just outside of the park, with an optional 5 mile ride around the park for those interested.

This ride hasa couple of store stop options, but its recommended that you bring sufficient water.  Also, there are rest rooms at Stone Mountain Park.

When we return to the Carter Center we can discuss nearby lunch options... heh, we've earned it.

Also, for those interested, the Carter Center Presidential Library and Museum is open from noon to 4:45 (admission $8).  Call the museum to ensure its open at 404-865-7100.
