Itinerary:
Come out for a run with us on the trails at Sweetwater Creek State Park.  The trails we will take are scenic and mostly flat - though there are some hills and rocky sections.  

We will run the length of the white trail, which is 3 miles.  Everyone will run at their own pace, and we will then meet up where the red trail begins and hike back over the boulders and rocky sections for the next mile to the parking lot.  For those who want a longer run, there is the option to run back along the red trail for 1 additional mile or take the blue trail for an additional 2 miles. 

Please plan to arrive at 6:00 to sign the waiver. We will head to the trail at 6:15 pm.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Sweetwater Creek State Park hiking trail parking lot near the visitor center:
Take I-20 west from Atlanta.
Exit #44 at Thornton Road, turn left and go 1/4 mile.
Turn right on Blairs Bridge Road, go 2 miles
Turn left on Mount Vernon Road.
Travel a couple more miles and into the park. Just after crossing the second bridge, look for a sign indicating trail access, and take a left there (there is a small entry kiosk). Continue straight to the end of the road to the parking area.
