Itinerary:

Join me for a stroll on the Eastside Beltline to Krog Market, where you can enjoy your favorite brew or grab a snack.  We will start promptly at 6:00 on the Beltline across the street from the Park Tavern.  Traffic and parking can be challenging in this area so give yourself plenty of time.

We will stroll on the Beltline for two miles to Krog Market.  Plan on bringing a headlamp or other light source so you can see as well as be seen by cyclists and scooterists.  The trail is paved and flat.  Expect the temperature to drop during the evening, so plan on bringing an extra layer or two for the walk back.

We will stop at Krog Market for about 30 minutes.  There are plenty of food and beverage options at the market.  For example, Hop City serves about 60 craft beers on tap.  We may stop at the new Kroger on the way back for some food or an additional beverage.  Then we will return to Park Tavern.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

headlamp, light clothing, money for food/beverages

Notes:

You should be able to find free parking on the nearby streets.  There is also plenty of paid parking in the area such as at the Park Tavern.  I would not recommend that you park in one of the nearby strip malls because they are known to vigilantly patrol their lots and boot vehicles.
