Itinerary:

We are hiking the Homestead, Sweet Gum, and White Tail Trails at Red Top Mountain and then we are taking the Edible and Medicinal Mosey.  You must register for this FREE class, see details below (please do this ASAP).

Saturday, Feb 29, 1 to 3PM.

Red Top Mountain State Park - Acworth, GA
  Get tickets from eventbrite or call to register. Come learn about local plants, and how they have traditionally been used for food or medicine! This Ranger-led walk will be along the Sweetgum Trail Loop .75 mile, moderate terrain. We will be starting at the Visitor Center. Program may be cancelled for inclement weather. $5 parking. 770-975-0055.

We will be hiking at a moderate pace.  The total distance includes the plant mosey.

Layered clothing, beverage, appropriate footwear.

Lunch.

When parking be prepared to pay $5.00 cash per vehicle or display a current GA State Parks annual parking pass.
