Itinerary:

We will get a great work out hike up and over both mountains.  We will take a brief breather at Burnt Hickory RD before returning.  The average pace will be around 3 MPH.  Don't forget that this is now a pay area. 

Please get to the Visitors Center and be ready to hike at 145 PM.

 There is a total of 1600 feet of elevation gain/loss on this hike.
