Itinerary:

After the group gets acquainted and the waivers are signed, we will head to our destination.  There will be several trails for us to hike with some hills, but no major elevation change.  You should still wear good supportive hiking boots/shoes as there are some exposed roots along the trails, and a few water crossings.

I plan to keep a slow to moderate pace to accommodate everyone.
Beginners are welcome!  There will be lots to see with woodland trails and wildcat creek crossings, and weather permitting, we will have a picnic in a nice spot.

After the hike, there will be a few optional events.  I will only mention one here.

Everyone is welcome to join me for the 1st Annual Dunwoody Fall Festival and Chili Cook-Off!  There will be arts, entertainment, and live music, crafts, and yes, chili.  This event is free to attend, but you may wish to bring cash just in case.

This will be a fun day!  Hope you can join me!
