Itinerary:

Subaru and REI have teamed up to support the frontcountry initiative of Leave no Trace (LNT): http://www.lnt.org/programs/frontcountry.php  

They will have an interactive event that will take place on Sunday, November 8 (11am-5pm) at the local REI (1165 Perimeter Center W). They will have various vendors and non-profits onsite that will be promoting their local initiatives. They will have a live band and REI will have a few vendors that will be promoting their new outdoor products. Subaru and REI asked the AOC if we'd like to be involved by promoting the outdoor club. 

We will need 3-4 volunteers for each time slot, this will include one team lead for each time slot. 
1st shift - 10:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
2nd shift - 2:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

There will be an AOC event set up for Saturday and one for Sunday. 


Required Items to Bring:
- Lunch and/or snacks
- Water
- Comfortable shoes
- Sunglasses
- Rain jacket (just in case)
