Itinerary:

We will enter the park from the parking lot and proceed around the edge towards the river. We will then begin to climb to the interior of the park for some uphill workout. From there we will tackle the river edge trail and head back in to the park for more uphill climbs. We will complete the full loop with several vigorous interior climbs.

We will maintain a pace around 3mph due to the heat and we should dodge the rain.

There are no bathrooms at the park. You will need a parking pass for the park. Come early if you need to get one.

From Johnson Ferry Road head towards Roswell on Lower Roswell Road - go about 3 miles and the park is on the right.

From Roswell 120 south - turn left on Timber Ridge Road to the roundabout. First right is Lower Roswell Rd. Gold Branch will be on the left after a mile or so.
