This note is here so that you can make an informed decision. When a Trip Leader isn't personally familiar with a trip, there is an increased chance of things not going as planned and you need to be prepared. The Trip Leader may have additional details in the itinerary.

Itinerary:

Join us on this midweek D6 on the Bartram Trail.

This hike is a long ascent with several viewpoints along the way. We will start at the Hickory Knoll Rd trailhead of the Bartram Trail and begin our ascent. At about the 2 mile mark we will hit the Pinnacle with some really nice views. After taking in the views we will continue uphill for about 2.5 miles where we will enjoy the Wolf Rock Overlook. More great views here as we continue uphill past Fishhawk Mountain and Little Fishhawk Mountain and finally Whiterock Mountain. The views here are really great and this will be our lunch spot. After lunch we will retrace our steps for a long downhill trek back to our cars.

This is a difficult D6 event, only those with recent D6 experience will be allowed on the event.
