Itinerary:

It's Halloween . . .  so let's have a little fun!  If you have some child-like spirit in you, dress up in a costume (of any kind) for the hike, and let's be "on display" for others in the park.  Nothing elaborate is needed.  Whatever you can put together will be fine.

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT parking iniside the park.  We'll park next door in the Roswell North Elementary School lot, so that we can have a parade along the sidewalk before entering the park itself.  Please arrive by 10:20 am so that we can make introductions, take a few pictures, and start on time.

Poles are not needed at this park.  We'll take a loop around the park on a mix of packed gravel and asphalt - - very foot friendly surfaces. The trails are free of obstacles (rocks and roots).  They are nice and wide and wind through lots of soccer and baseball fields as well as some wooded areas and a pretty pond. We plan on covering close to 4 miles, so we'll make two loops around the park at a comfortably moderate pace.  This is an easier D2 event.

Dogs are allowed,  but required to be on leash at all times.  And owners are responsible for picking up any messes the dogs make.
