Itinerary:

Beginner – many sites to see, maybe 2 miles of total walking

Depart ATL at 9:00 am, arrive and explore Rock City, enjoy a packed lunch or purchase at food court. Then we will explore the remaining sites. After the sun sets, we’ll take in the lights (Enchanted lights) followed by dinner at 8pm (optional) in Chattanooga. Some may wish to drive back to ATL w/o dinner.

• Steepest incline railway in the world
• 4100 ft. walking trail surrounded by natural geological and botanical wonders
• 90-foot indoor Ruby Waterfall
• The Swing-a-Long Bridge, a 180-foot long suspension bridge that provides an amazing view of the Chattanooga valley
• Lovers Leap where you can see seven states (GA, TN, AL, NC, SC, VA, KY)
• Fat Mans Squeeze, Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village
• Garden of lights (Winter time only)

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

Chattanooga, TN TBA Take I-75 north all the way to Chattanooga. At the I-75/I-24 split, take I-24 west towards downtown Chattanooga. Get off at exit 178 south, the Lookout Mountain/Market Street exit. Go straight to the traffic light on Broad Street and take a left. Follow the signs to Rock City.

Cost Includes:

$33 paid in advance to the AOC (Three-Way ticket for Rock City, Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway)

If we have time, we may enjoy the Enchanted Garden of Lights at Rock City for an additional $5.00 (bring cash to pay at the site). $10.00 non-refundable deposit required upon signup. Balance due November 19th. Refunds minus deposit allowed before November 19th. No Refunds after November 19th.
