Itinerary:

Total Distance is about 10 miles. Pace will be moderate - around 2.0 to 3.0 mph. We'll employ the "inchworm" technique of allowing the back to catch the front of the group at major itersections, road crossings, etc.

We'll be "generally" following this route on the link below.

Please arrive at 8:15 so we can take care of the paperwork. We'll start the car pool promptly at 8:30am.

I'm startig the event a little later to accomodate the rush hour traffic and let it die down.

If it's raining, I'll reschedule.

Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $16.00 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. This is a guideline, not a rule, for drivers but the cost should not be higher unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Notes:

I could not find any references on the AOC site where the club had lead an event to Little Mulberry Park in the past. It's nice to find NEW venues to visit and I'm sure this will be a favorite with folks who live on the east side of town.
