Itinerary:

Join me Friday 2:00PM as we hike from Medlock Park to Mason Mill and then on to Emory Campus and back.  Note we start at Medlock Park by the picnic tables amongst the baseball fields.  This will be a fast paced hike because I need to sweat.

The hike is pretty flat.  It is mostly paved but there are some dirt trails.
