Itinerary:
OK NEWBIES, all Trip Leaders know events reach capacity quickly so this is your chance to get in on the fun.  The Sunday weather forecast calls for rain, which means it will be sunny and a good day to hike.

We'll meet in the parking lot and head out to hike.  You'll find various trails intersect, with a few side trails to see the "waterfall" and creek.  We'll hike about 1 to 1.5 hours and return to the cars.

In terms of elevation this is a mild trail, not flat but not terribly hilly such as those found in N. GA.

If you met me at a social introduce yourself via email, I'm setting the # arbitrarily low to bump a few from the waiting list to the attendee list.


Newbie = two or fewer events, sans socials.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:from 285 take GA400 N to Northridge and go straight off the hwy to Roswell Rd
then rt on Roswell Rd, cross the 'hooch and head up the hill
At the intersection GA120/Marietta HWY is on the left and Mill St on the right, go RT then vickery in 50 yards and parking is in the back, significantly below Roswell road and mill

from futher north, take GA400 S to Holcomb Br and head W to Alpharetta St/Roswell Rd, go L (south on) Alpharetta St/Roswell Rd
At the intersection GA120/Marietta HWY is on the rt and Mill St on the leftt, go left then vickery in 50 yards and parking is in the back, significantly below Roswell road and mill

If it looks like rain, I'll try and get in a quick hike, if it is pouring I'll call you and let you know if it is a GO or canceled event.
