Itinerary:
The Wahalla State Fish Hatchery raises moe than on e million Trout per/yr including rainbow, brown & brook for stocking the waters of SC.This will be a 15-mile in&Out hike.

Required Items to Bring:
3 liters filtered  water , jacket, hat, gloves , hiking boots / trail shoes o non-cotton cloths in layers o poncho (just in case…) o Nuts & Berries and lunch o cash for gas (for your carpool driver) $ 15.00 o towel to sit on for the ride back / paper sack for mucky boots

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Trailhead: From Walhalla, drive north on SC 28 for 7.5 miles and veer right onto SC 107. Drive 12 miles and turn left onto Fish Hatchery Road (Oconee County S-37-325).

Carpool Cost: Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $81.60 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. This is a guideline, not a rule, for drivers but the cost should not be higher unless there are extenuating circumstances.
