Itinerary:

We are going to paddle for about 15 minutes downstream, then 15 minutes back to the ramp. We will regroup and check out kayaks. This is an opportunity to swap kayaks with one another. We will have a 14.5-foot Wilderness Systems Kayak with a rudder to test drive.

We will go back to the water and paddle upstream and downstream until between 5 PM and 5:30 PM. Our purpose is to get to know one another a little before heading out into the Everglades. For those not on the Everglades trip, you're welcome to enjoy the water and share the conversation about the Everglades trip.

Those signed up for the Feb 4th, Everglades Wilderness Waterway trip will be given priority on sign-up, but everyone is welcome. We'll be discussing what to expect on an Everglades camping/kayaking trip so come along and ask questions and learn. As of Jan 5th, there is still one opening for the Everglades WW trip.
