Itinerary:

Leigh and I have decided to move the hike to Friday due to the expected rain.  She cannot attend so I will be leading the hike.

Lets begin our hike at the Visitor's Center, but if the parking lot is full arrive early and park at the overflow lot.

We will head up and over Kennesaw on to Little Kennesaw and head down to the Burnt Hickory side of the Park. We will immediately turn around and head back the way we came, then repeat our route up to the 2 mile sign on little Kennesaw ensuring we get all the hard bits in on the second go around. We will try to stay together at an average moving pace of 2.5 mph.

At the 6 mile mark before we head back up the mountain i have built in some time for a restroom break.

If you do not have a pass for parking, please go to www.recreation.gov/sitepass/2 788 to get a pass before the hike. Please come early for introductions and to use the loo prior to starting.
