Itinerary:

Let's hike Sawnee Mountain Preserve! This is one of the nicest county parks in GA.  Parking at 2505 Bettis-Tribble Gap Road, Cumming, GA. We will meet at the restrooms near the beginning of the Ridgeline trail. Please arrive 10 minutes early for socializing and introductions.

We'll hike the Ridgeline trail, Hilltop trail, and the Mountainside trail in a figure 8. Adding  the church trail down and back, the tower road up and back. Basically doing all the trails on the "new" section of the preserve. As a BONUS we will do the hike to Indian Seats.

This is hilly and rocky, so not for beginners.  Recent D3+ experience to join the fun.

Parking is free. Dogs are not permitted at this park.
