it's sad I get to re-post this same event 4 years later...but here we are!
Kick off the weekend w/a 4.6 miler at Roswell Area Park after work today. Even in my gimpy state - the legs still work and need to keep working, this park is a great place to do just that...the trails are hard-packed gravel and asphalt with a little to no elevation and wide enough for conversation even with an arm in a sling! We will be walking at a brisk pace - 17 minute/mile pace to get a good workout, so bring comfy shoes and TGIFitness attitude!

Starting from the first parking lot on the left, we'll cover 4.6 miles at a steady brisk pace, be prepared to stay with the group as I want to keep things kind of tight. We'll have a reststop at the bathrooms near mile 3 if anyone needed to use it.

Please arrive a few minutes early for check in and introductions as we will be leaving on time.

If you bring your socially calm dog - please observe all park rules

Come "HECK OR HIGH WATER" I'm determined to stay fit during this shoulder surgery recovery!!

Meet at the first parking lot on the left after you enter the park from Woodstock Road. There is a pavilion and a sign marked "Trail Entrance".
