Itinerary:
Ginseng has been used for the past 7,000 years in traditional Asian medicine, and is prescribed for a variety of problems ranging from stress, failing memory, obesity, exhaustion, improving the immune system, fatigue, improving fertility and virility as well as a general strengthening tonic for the body.
Some also believe that it can be used in preventing certain cancers, and because of improved blood circulation, it is also used by people in assisting with Alzheimer's disease.

the price for jinseng seedlings, are ( $ 1.00), and possibly we should be able to purchase morel mushrooms. 

The drive to Jinseng farm  in Flinstone, GA  is 125 miles.

We will spent about 2-3 hrs in the farm, learning about Jinseng, and hunting Morel mushrooms.

We should return to Atlatna around 7 PM, or so.

Required Items to Bring:
good hiking shoes (there are water crossings)
2 liters of  filtered water
lunch,  nuts & berries
bag for mucky boots

clothing appropriate for the colder weather (dress in layers).		Recommended Items to Bring:
