Itinerary:

WE WILL MEET AT THE INDIAN TRAIL ENTRANCE WHICH IS DOWN A SHORT NARROW POTHOLED DIRT ROAD, GO ALL THE WAY TO THE END!

The plan is to cover roughly 5 miles in 2 hours as we wind our way around the park. We will be sticking to only the official trails. With that being said the trails are a bit rougher than some of the other Chattahoochee parks with a good amount of rocks, roots, muddy spots, and eroded trail. Due to that and a good amount of hills this event is on the harder end of D2 events. My preference is to have limited stops by keeping a consistent comfortable speed other than during a few quick stops to look at scenic things.

Parking is $5 if you do not already have a pass(Chattahoochee or America the Beautiful). Info can be found here https://www.nps.gov/chat/planyourvisit/fees.htm . They no longer take cash and you will need internet on your phone to pay.

Additionally if it is raining don't bother calling to see if it is still on. The answer is yes it is. Finally we will be leaving on time and you should be there a few minutes early. If you are late we will not be waiting and the nature of the event makes it very difficult for you to catch up or find us.
