NEW TIME = 4 PM. For the longest time, this hike was a 5 pm...please note NEW TIME of 4 pm.

Come out for a "walk around the park" at Blackburn Park located near intersection of Ashford-Dunwoody and Johnson Ferry Road in Brookhaven. We will be walking on a concrete walkway around a playground, tennis courts, and baseball field watching all sorts of exercise happening around us. Moderate pace just to get out and enjoy the late afternoon. We will walk around the loop twice.

Required Items to Bring:

Please wear hiking shoes/boots or tennis shoes or good walking shoes. No flip flops or sandals.

Water! Water! Water! It is hot out there so we need to make sure we are hydrated.

3493 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Atlanta/Brookhaven, GA 30319. We will meet by the statue of a lady sitting on a park bench located at the top of the hill...so park in that general area. This is NOT where the pavilion is but is moreso in the middle of the park close to the street (Ashford Dunwoody). Free parking. No parking pass needed.
