This is a series of LONG WALKS training hikes. It's the experience of walking the Camino. Each subsequent walk will be a little big longer.

The pace will be around 2.8 mph. There is no elevation gain on this hike, but you must be able

to walk at a moderately fast pace for an extended period of time on a hard surface. Four miles in

and four miles back.

This is an in/out hike.

There may be bike traffic, let's stay on our side of the walk ;)

Sneakers or hiking shoes. Water/snacks. Layered clothing. A good attitude.
