Itinerary:

Join me for my 4th Thru Hike of Shenandoah National Park.  This is a hostel hopping trip so we will be slackpacking with our regular day gear plus water filter, overnight kit, and a change of clothes.  Hostels will have laundry so you can have clean clothes for each day.

To qualify participants, I will review AOC history to assess physical capabilities and personality fit for group hiking on a 10-day trip.  We need to average 14 miles daily so you need to be prepared for those distances for 8 consecutive days without a rest day.  The trek has a total elevation gain of 25.000 feet which is an average over 3000 feet per day.

If you do not appear qualified upon initial review, you will be moved to the waiting list for further review.
