Itinerary:
Stand up paddle boarding is one of the fastest growing sports.  Here's your chance to try it FREE and receive FREE instructions.

Last weekend I met Chris Tilghman with Surf Blue Ridge.   He is bring stand up paddle boarding to the southeast.  He offers rentals, board and equipment sales and guided tours.

I tried it last Saturday. After a few minutes of instructions, we paddled most of the day on the Taccoa river.  It is easy to learn and a blast to do.

Chris is willing to provide a FREE boards, equipment and instructions to trip leaders and PTLs for this demonstration.  Everyone will have to opportunity to try different boards and paddles and spend a some time on the lake.

Chris will provide drinks.

We'll meet at Murphy Candler Park at 2:00pm on the lake shore.
