Very Cool Cave

Previous caving (moderate, not beginner) or climbing experience highly recommended.

The entrance has a vertical drop of 30 feet, in which everyone will climb down on rope (lots of foot holds) as well as back up when we leave the cave.
After that it's a stream passage all the way to the back where we have to climb up to the next level. There we will have some tight crawls, but well worth it for the pretty formations you'll see. A little fear of heights is OK, but don't sign up if it's a big fear or you are not confident with climbing.

If I am not familar with your experience, I will ask about it. If I am still not convinced you can handle this cave with your current experience, I will ask you to drop off.

Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $100.00 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. You WILL get very wet on this trip so synthetic material is strongly advised.
I wear nylon pants & nylon T-shirt as well as light poly pro thermals under my pants.
