Itinerary:

Let's go explore the trails in Mason Mill Park. We'll hike several of the different colored trails in the woods of Mason Mill Park.

We will stay in the woods as much as possible, but we will also be on the boardwalk and concrete/asphalt surfaces sometimes, too.

The pace of this hike will be moderate, and at times, we will need to navigate roots and rocks. Also, if the water level isn't too high, we may cross the creek to hike the Three Creeks Trail loop through Ira B. Melton Park. This crossing involves stepping from one rock to another and will require some balance and dexterity.

There are bathrooms available in Mason Mill Park. Parking is free. We will meet at the trailhead that is past the Dekalb Tennis Center at the back of the parking lot.

We will be starting the hike promptly at 10:00, so please arrive 10 minutes early for introductions and socializing. Also, the bathrooms are near the playground in the middle of the park, so please allow extra time if you are stopping there.

We will meet past the Dekalb Tennis Center at the trailhead at the back of the parking lot.
