Itinerary:

Friday: Meet at the carpool at 6:15 PM for sign-in.  We'll start heading to Joyce Kilmer at 6:30 PM.  Once there we'll park the cars beside the road near the end of the road that leads to the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and hike under headlamp to the first campsite. (~1.5 mile : ~600 ft gain)

Saturday: After breakfast we'll head up the Naked Ground Trail to Naked Ground (~5,000 ft) and tank up there - all of our water containers and us as well.  You must carry enough water to get you back to the car from Naked Ground.  If we are at Naked Ground early enough and the group wishes to check out Stratton Bald (5,200 ft), we'll head up there and back to Naked Ground which will add about 3 miles to the trip.  From Naked Ground we'll head over to Haoe Lead (5,249 ft) then camp in the gap between it and the Hangover Lead Overlook (a dry camp).(~7 - 10 miles : ~3,500 - 4,000 ft gain).  The Overlook is incredible on a clear day, and we can head out there as many times and for as long as we want to since we'll be right beside it.

Sunday:
After breakfast (and possibly heading out to the Overlook one more time), we'll head back up to Haoe Lead and down the Jenkins Meadow Trail back to the cars to complete the loop. (~6 miles : 3600 ft loss).
