Itinerary:

Lets begin our hike at the Visitor Center. Remember, the loos will not yet be open so be prepared. Also, have your parking passes already in your car windows please. Have your water with you as the fountains won't be accessible.

We will head up and over Kennesaw on to Little Kennesaw and head down to the Burnt Hickory side of the Park. We will immediately turn around and head back the way we came. We will try to stay together at an average moving pace of 2.6 to 2.7 mph given the humidity. If this becomes a go at your own pace hike, you should finish on time as I want to be able to account for everyone. We will discuss before we start. To complete the hike in the time frame you must have recent D4 experience and be comfortable maintaining a moderate to fast pace with only short breaks for consuming water.

If you do not have a pass for parking, please go to www.recreation.gov/sitepass/2788 to get a pass before the hike. Please come early for introductions.
