Itinerary:

Many thanks to Trip leader Kym, we will be doing a variation of her midtown lights urban walk. Midtown has put up a 2 mile display of over 250k LED lights including 23 Moravian stars (pictured above) ranging from 3 feet to 23 feet tall.

Kym is leading the same hike this same night but it filled up super fast so I decided to post a second hike, we may bump into the other group along the way.

After intros, we'll walk around the park to enjoy the sights there, and then head towards Peachtree Street for our featured walk. We will be stopping at Colony Square for a break.

Please plan to arrive early to find parking and the group.

PARKING AND MEETING SPOT:

We will met at the southwest enterance of Piedmont Park, which is very close to the corner of Argonne Ave and 10th Street NE. At this time of day there should be ample parking on 10th Street, or this corner of the park is only 4 blocks from the Midtown MARTA station.

Comfy walking shoes, warm clothes
