Itinerary:

Come and Join us on my 3rd Co-Lead PTL hike for a 9 mile out and back hike to Pinnacle Knob near Clayton, GA. Thanks to Bob Bunner for helping me with my training.

Our adventure will begin near the picnic paviliion by the parking lot. After introductions, we will cross the Warwoman road and get on to Bartram Trail. We will soon be enjoying the cascades of Becky Branch Falls and will be doing a water crossing here. We will further continue on Bartram Trail through the lush forest and reach Martin Creek Falls at about 1.5 miles . We will spend some time here from the viewing platform enjoying these double tiered Waterfalls.

We will join the Bartram-Pinnacle Knob Trail intersection at 3.2 miles and further proceed on Pinnacle Knob Trail.  At about 4 miles and 1400 ft elevation gain, we will reach Pinnacle Knob and enjoy the summit views. We will take a lunch break here. We will retrace our path to return to the parking lot after lunch.
