Itinerary:

You wanna stay warm while cycling in the WINTER....do some hills...a lot of hills! TEN to be exact...or just accumulate 24 miles doing the public access sections along Windward & up Marconi (this option is the "not so aggressive" option, but you'll get some better elevation than just riding the Gway itself). This is also a great way to do a winter night ride without expensive headlights, as the roads are well lit and technically have a pathway. You can ride at your own pace and you can do variations based on your needs & fitness level, but you'll need a 24 miles on your bike computer* to get credit! My route saved as profile pic, that I can introduce you to - if you're not familiar with it...but may of us know these Marconi laps and they're a great zone 2/3 workout (you can even do the "+" extension in honor of Gravel Gretchen - just add spitting on the curb for her hatered of that sucker!

As mentioned, it's a ride at your own pace and I will continue to yell at everyone for motivation to get the 24 miles in, even if it requires me to get more! This workout will make a big difference in your spring cycling (and all sorts of other cardio-based workouts/events).
