Be prepared - wear waterproof boots, parts of this trail are muddy.

We will take a sidetrack to include Granny Burrell Falls (gotta love waterfalls).

In short, this trail is jampacked with waterfalls a vista, and fun!

Time is allotted for taking pictures and smiling!

PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for this event you must have a D3 in the last 3 months with AOC  If you don't have this qualifying event, you will be moved to the waitlist.  This is for the safety of the group.

The trip leaders are staying at Sapphire/Cashiers Hampton Inn and Suites.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Google Cold Mountain Gap trailhead.

Phone coverage may be spotty - know where you are driving to before you leave home.

You may not be able to reach the trip leaders if your plans change.  We will start the hike on time.
