Itinerary:

Hello Palentines!

It's Valentine's Day and Lunar New Year Day is in a few days... That said, it's time for another foodie wok!

This time, we will be hitting up my new favorite foodie spot for noodles, fried rice, roast pork, boba, almond cookies, matcha, dumplings, and many more deliciousness. Duluth is known as the new BuHi, and often dubbed as the "Seoul of the South" for its very Korean flavor.

As with my BuHi hike (iykyk) we will be walking a 5-6 mile distance, along the streets of "Seoul" with stops for some sweet (or savory) snacks. We can stop anywhere that appeals to you along the route, but my plan is...

THE PLAN!
We'll meet up at Shorty Howell Park and do a 1 mile loop on the park trail. Then we'll exit the park and walk along the sidewalks of Pleasanthill, Steve Reynolds, and Venture Drive. At the 2.5 mile mark, we will stop at JusGo for a break. You can explore JusGo, get a snack, sit down, do some shopping, potty of course. We'll be here 30 mins. At about the 4 mile mark, we will be stopping at the Teso Life shopping center. Again, you can grab another snack, drink, shop. We'll be here for about 30 mins. Then we'll head back to the park.

Like I said, it's also Lunar New Year weekend, so maybe we'll catch a lion dance or two.

PARKING/MEETING SPOT
Meet and park at Shorty Howell in front of the building. There's additional parking all around the park.

Scroll down to see a pic of our route and meeting spot.

Please arrive early to find parking, the group, intros, all that... so we can take off promptly at 10:00. (We'll want to get to JusGo before the lunch rush!)

I've labelled this event as explatory cause I've never walked here. It gets pretty busy on the weekends on the streets and the venues, so please be flexible with timing.
