| It is time for one of my favorite
trails for Sunday Morning!
With this in mind, let us hike and
energize at
Gold Branch Trail.
This trail is a bit rugged which
gives it some adventure, and has a
few slopes and rocks for a bit of
challenge. This is not a difficult
trail, but one that gives hikers a
sense of outdoor adventure on an
intown hike. In addition, to the
awesome trails at Gold Branch,
there are some amazing views of the
Chattahoochee River and all of its
wildlife, plants and the trees.
We will be starting
promptly at 8:00 am and plan to
complete our 4 to 4.5 mile hike by
9:30 am. Yes, we will be moving at
a moderate to fast pace, but beginners are
welcome
to join. It is going to
be fun, so please join me for this
energizing hike!

them - - the trails have some
rocks, roots, and

| How to Get There: |
| Event Directions: | | Gold Branch is on Lower Roswell
Road, between Johnson Ferry Road
and Wileo Road. The sign is now
visible from the road.
However, the park
entrances between residential
subdivisions and is easy to miss if
you're not watching for it. If
you're coming from Johnson Ferry
Road, it's on the right, about
2 miles from
Johnson Ferry.
If you're coming
from Wileo, it's also a couple of
miles, but on your left.
If you're
following Azalea Drive and turn
left onto Wileo, be aware that
Wileo becomes Lower Roswell Road
when it does a 90 degree left turn.
The park is 2 miles further down
Lower Roswell - - on your left.
Remember, it's very easy to
pass right by it, so slow down and
look for the little turn-off after
2 miles!
