Itinerary:

Join me for an energizing beginner's hike. This energizing morning hike is perfect for beginners, a great way to begin your AOC journey, and an ideal quick reset for our returning members.

Riverside Park is conveniently located between Sandy Springs and Roswell, GA. The park features paved trails that follow the Chattahoochee River, giving us beautiful river views as we move, energize, and start the day. The park also includes a splash pad for children, fishing docks, picnic areas, and a playground.

For this event, our focus will be on an energizing, moderate-paced walk-hike designed to enjoy nature while getting the body moving. These are paved trails and a few dirt trails with no elevation. We will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. and plan to complete our 3‑mile walk by 9:00 a.m. The trail is designed to be accessible for beginners, yet still offers a refreshing experience for experienced hikers. We will group and meet in the parking so we are easy to locate.

I look forward to sharing this fun and energizing morning hike with everyone!
