PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR PARKING.

Last April, I got to see LOTS of wildflowers including som Lady Slippers on these trails, I'm hoping this time it will be the same.

The hike total elevation gain is about 2600 feet. Pace will be on the faster side of moderate.

We will start at the FALLS OVERLOOK parking lot. We’ll pass by the top of the waterfalls, take the Approach Trail to Frosty Mountain, continue to Nimblewill, then get back and head to Len Foote Hike Inn for our lunch break.

There will be several scenic overlooks along the hike, so we can stop and enjoy the surroundings.

On the way back after lunch, we will take the Hike Inn Trail, which is well-maintained and meanders through bridges and passes.

There is a very good chance to spot Lady Slippers near the Inn.

Len Foote Inn is a unique backcountry eco-lodge, take a few minutes to look into the concept on their website https://hike-inn.com/education.

It MIGHT be possible for us to buy their famous dessert, but don't take it against me if we can't.
