Itinerary:

Let's hike ALL the Trails at Red Top!  These trails are non-technical, wide enough for conversation, covered with pinestraw and are rolling. They're perfect for training for long hikes that don't have tons of elevation.

Meet at the visitor center for introductions at 8:15 am

Repeating trails will be minimized in order to keep a continuous flow and we will avoid going over 15 miles.

The hike pace will be on the faster side of moderate, 19 minute miles, which is faster than 3 mph.  And we will only take a three of short breaks to drink, eat, delayer, biobreak along the way. We will be covering the entire park and with all turns we must stay together as a group. Please if you are a fast hiker, I request that you not get in front and pull the group.

This is not a hike for those who want to go fast or for hikers on the slower-side-of-moderate.

Requirements to join this hike: You must have completed a recent (in the past 2 months) fast or D4 hike to be allowed to participate.

You'll need a Georgia State Parking pass, (day pass or annual) so if you don't have one carpool or buy a $10 day pass.

Bathrooms are located at the Visitor center, Trading post (we'll pass twice) and RV park and port-a-johns in the Iron Hill parking area.
