Itinerary:

 

 

This hike is a bit longer and a tad slower than our usual one on Friday, but don’t worry, we will get our heart rates up for sure!

 

We’re aiming for a solid workout, around 3.5-3.7 mph.

 

Most of the hike will be on a wooden boardwalk or concrete path, with just a few spots of dirt and gravel, so make sure you wear shoes that are comfortable for walking on uneven surfaces.

This isn’t your typical D2 hike; due to the distance and pace, you’d benefit from being a regular D3-D4 hiker to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
