Itinerary:

Let's do an easy Sunday hike this week.  I won't call it a rehab hike, but if you're suffering from any malady that zaps your energy or compromises your physical ability, this hike's for you.

We'll be parking at a unique location . . .  the sandy lot between St. Andrew Church and the big lot at Don White Park (which tends to become very crowded on the weekend).  The lot is large and free; it was designed to take the place of Riverside Park's lots while that park is under construction.  The GPS coordinates for this lot are approximately:  34.008950, -84.341319

Our hike will start by going toward St. Andrew Church, where we can walk through the Fourteen Stations of the Cross - - a beautiful little garden of serenity and reflection, with statues depicting the crucifixion of Christ.   Then, we'll backtrack through Don White Park and go into the woods by the Chattahoochee River for a nice change of scenery on dirt trails.

We'll pass by the Don White Park bathrooms in case anyone needs to have a bathroom break.

Our hike will end within 2 hours, with our mileage about 4 miles.

HIKE STARTS at 9 am!  PLEASE ARRIVE BY 8:50 am.
