The trail around the lake is relatively flat and easy but some areas can get muddy after a rainy week.

We will be meeting in the parking lot at the west side of the dam. It is at the corner of West Nancy Creek and Candler Lake West. Google maps shows the lot as "Caretaker's cottage" although that appears to have been demolished.

There is additional parking on Candler Lake W by the playground and pool if it is busy.
