This hike is for those who are looking for an intown vigeoroues work-out without having to drive long distance.

We will be hikking the Approach Trail going to the top of stone mountain from confederate hall parking lot and back, but we won't do it once. We will be doing it four times
The goal of this hike is to enjoy a vigorous workout.
No time for picture taking or sight seeing. We will take two breaks, first break will be on our second summit and then second break will be on our fourth summit.

This is not a beginners hike! You must be in good physical shape to sign up for this hike.

Each round from confederate hall parking lot starting point to the top and back is about 2 miles so we are talking about a total hiking distance of about 8 miles.

Free parking is avaialable at MARTA PARK n RIDE parking lot. I will park at Marta Park n Ride, will leave that lot at 8.00 to walk towards Confederate Hall. It is less than a half mile walk to the park and the entrance is near our meeting area. Please take the time to look at the park map and parking options in order to be on time!

Any questions - email me.
