Itinerary:
Begin your day by giving back and helping out at a local favorite - East Palisades!

We will be raking up and removing trash from the island that lies near the overpass.  **This will NOT be hard, strenuous trail clearing/building work.**
Wear clothes and shoes/boots you don't mind getting dirty.  Don't forget to bring a change of clothes for afterwards if you would like.  Tools and training are provided by park staff and fellow volunteers.

The temperature will be cool and comfortable.  There aren't any plans for getting into the water unless you plan to do so on your own.

We will meet at the East Palisades area parking lot off of Whitewater Creek Road.
Please plan to arrive early if possible to ensure a parking spot and sign the AOC Trip Waiver (on site) before we meet with other volunteers and head out.
There is a $3 parking fee per vehicle.
