Itinerary:

This will be an easy Sunday morning stroll in Glenlake Park (Decatur) and the surrounding neighborhood.  We'll then venture into the contiguous 54 acre Decatur Cemetery, which is included in the National Register of Historic Places.  It is a beautiful and serene place in which to walk, with rolling hills and pleasant landscaping.  Veterans from every American war rest there, and we'll include a little time to investigate the interesting, and sometimes quite old, headstones.

We'll walk about 3 miles, maybe a little more, depending on the group's preference.

For those who are interested, we'll follow the walk with a Mexican brunch at a restaurant a few miles away.
