We will start from the parking lot and head down the Foothill's Trail to the Chattooga River Trail. We'll turn left and head down a little ways to check out Pigpen Falls and Licklog Falls. We'll turn around and begin our trek along the Chattooga Trail which is a moderate to flat trail that runs along the Chattooga River. We'll find an open campsite along the river, set up camp, and then dayhike up to beautiful Big Bend Falls and back.

This is designed to be a mellow trip with plenty of play time. If you wish to decline the dayhike, you're welcome to stay at camp and read or hang out.
