Ok, you have asked for it so here it is! White water rafting! Back by popular demand, the middle section of the Ocoee River. Class IV - V rapids are the highlights of this wild adventure!! Prepare to get wet!!

After arriving at Eagle Ranch, we will do some white water safety, get our helmets and life vests and board the bus for the river. Our time on the river will be about an hour and a half. Following rafting, well board the bus for the return to Eagle Ranch.

NOTE: White water is inherently dangerous. People rafting should know how to swim and be very comfortable in fast moving water. If otherwise, this trip may not be for you.

Required Items to Bring:
Swimsuit
Water sandals or shoes
Recommended Items to Bring:

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Copperhill, TN, 800.288.3245 10:30am at Eagle Ranch. From Exit 260, Windy Hill...I-75 North to I-575 North; continue to Blue Ridge, GA. In Blue Ridge, turn left at the McDonalds onto Hwy 5, continue on Hwy 5 to McCaysville, turn left on Hwy 68, travel thru Copperhill, TN, turn right onto Hwy 64/74, exactly 3 miles, look for blue Eagle Ranch sign, the sign will direct you to turn left across the highway, follow the little backcountry road 2.5 miles to Eagle Ranch.

Are Dogs Permitted? No.

Will this event occur rain or shine? Yes.

NOTE: Please be considerate of others. If you sign-up and cannot attend, please e-mail the trip leader, so others that may be on a waiting list may attend.
