Itinerary:

We will walk the Etowah Trail down by the river and thru the woods, hiking part of the orange, gold, and yellow trails. There will be a few small creeks to rock-hop across and some areas with uneven terrain. The yellow trail is one of my favorites. Come join in. You will like this hike of approximately 5 miles. We will travel at a moderate pace on the flat areas and slower pace uphill.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

Take 75 North to 575 North.

From I 575 take Exit 16 and merge GA 140 W/GA 20 W toward GA 5 N

You are going to come to a stoplight. This is GA 5. Take a right on GA 5 N.

Travel a little less than 1/2 mile. Cross over the Etowah River Bridge and take a left into BOLING PARK. (Big sign in front of the park)

If you pass Cherokee High School you've gone a little bit too far.

Once you turn into BOLING PARK you GO ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK OF THE PARK, past the water plant and soccer fields. Watch out for the big speed bumps. We will meet in front of the pavillion on the right, at the very back of the park.

Parking is free and there are restrooms.
