This has a late start since I know some of you will be up late on Sat night (you know who you are. :-] ).

This cave was my very trip I led for the AOC. It's a fun cave. I've had a lot of requests to go back.
So, here you go.
We'll wade through a stream to get to the entrance. Once inside, we'll follow a smaller stream as it winds it's way deeper into the cave.
At one point, it gets muddy. By muddy, I mean deep, thick, boot sucking muddy. Last time we were there, the member layed down in it, spread out the arms and legs, and created mud angles.
At one point, we'll do a little climb up to reach an area that I haven't seen yet, but some of the other members have.
When we finally make it out, we'll be as muddy as the guys in this pic.

P.S. Tony's (far left) pants were not torn up by any cave monster. Really. That's the official story and I'm sticking to it.

Estimated cost per vehicle for this event is $86.40 using a reimbursement rate guideline of $0.400 per mile. The total amount should be divided by the number of people in the vehicle, including the driver. You WILL get wet on this trip so synthetic material is strongly advised.
I wear nylon pants & nylon T-shirt as well as light poly pro thermals under my pants.
