Easy to Moderate

We are going to wing it! Dauset is unique in that it is not a single trail, but a system of interconnected trails. They vary in length and difficulty, but none are strenuous. The exception is the Huff n Puff trail, which we will not be riding (contact me if you would like to co-lead a ride on this trail). The other trails are fast and have a variety of terrain. My favorite is Moonshine, which is fast with several jumps. Well ride most of the trails once and then youll want to ride your favorites again!

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Jackson, GA 30233 12:00, Dauset trails parking lot (not the main lot). -Take I-75 south to Exit 201 (Jackson/Barnesville) -Turn left and follow Hwy 36 towards Jackson - Travel several miles to High Falls Rd. See signs for Dauset, High Falls, Indian Springs, and Ridgeway Christmas Tree Farm.
- Take a right at High Falls Rd
- Pass Ridgeway Christmas Tree Farm on right
- About 2 miles after watch for our sign and take Mt. Vernon Ch. Rd on left
- Dauset Trails is 3.3 miles on left
- 360 Mt. Vernon Rd

Are Dogs Permitted? No.

Will this event occur rain or shine? No, Riding wet trails causes excessive erosion. Call the Dauset rain-out hotline for trail closing information..(770) 775-6798.

NOTE: Please be considerate of others. If you sign-up and cannot attend, please e-mail the trip leader, so others that may be on a waiting list may attend.
